Data Entry Clerk
Location: Santa Clarita, CA (On-site)
Compensation: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 10AM - 6:30PM (30-minute lunch)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry / Administrative Associate to join our team in Santa Clarita, CA. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at accuracy, and enjoys supporting team operations through data and clerical functions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry and maintain system records
Build, format, and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data and reporting entries
Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
Collaborate with team members while also managing tasks independently
Handle basic math calculations related to data entry tasks
Support workflow management by prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications
Proven data entry and clerical experience
Strong attention to detail (critical requirement)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Flexible, adaptable, and a team-oriented mindset
Dependable with a strong attendance record
